Refund Policy

  1. Payments made via the eCommunity platform, including maintenance fees, sinking fund contributions, and other property-related charges, are non-refundable.
  2. eCommunity acts as a technology platform on behalf of the MCST or Managing Agent. All refund decisions are made solely by the respective management body.
  3. If you wish to request a refund, please contact your MCST / Managing Agent directly. eCommunity may assist in forwarding your request, but does not have authority to approve refunds.
