Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Eco Community Pte. Ltd. (“eCommunity”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 143 Cecil Street #17-04 GB Building, Singapore 069542.

This Agreement governs your access to and use of the eCommunity website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance and Scope

1.1 By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1.2 These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including property managers, residents, developers, and partners.

1.3 We may amend these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

2.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Platform.

2.2 You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

2.3 eCommunity shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1 You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3.2 The Platform provides digital solutions for community and property management, including but not limited to:

  • Visitor management
  • Facility booking
  • Billing and payment processing
  • Communication and document management
  • IoT integrations and smart access systems
  • Community marketplace and related services

    3.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Interfere with system security, servers, or networks
  • Access or attempt to access unauthorised data or accounts
  • Misuse personal data or violate the rights of others
  • Use the Platform to develop competing services

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content, software, trademarks, designs, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to eCommunity.

5.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purposes.

5.3 You shall not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without consent
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Platform for commercial resale without written approval

6. Confidentiality

6.1 You agree to keep confidential any non-public information obtained through the Platform, including business processes, pricing, system design, and user data.

6.2 Confidential information shall not be disclosed without prior written consent unless required by law.

7. Payments and Transactions

7.1 Certain services may involve payments processed via third-party payment providers.

7.2 You agree that:

  • All payments are subject to applicable fees and terms
  • eCommunity is not responsible for third-party payment failures or disputes
  • You shall comply with all applicable payment and financial regulations

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

8.1 The Platform may integrate with third-party services, including payment gateways, IoT devices, and external vendors.

8.2 eCommunity does not control and is not responsible for:

  • Third-party content or services
  • Performance, security, or availability of third-party systems

Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

9.1 Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy (Singapore).

9.2 We collect, use, and disclose personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

10. Platform Availability and Updates

10.1 We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10.2 We may:

  • Update or modify features
  • Perform maintenance or upgrades
  • Restrict access where necessary

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy and reliability of content
System compatibility or uninterrupted access


12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, eCommunity shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
System downtime or service interruptions

12.2 Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid (if any) by you for the use of the Platform.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eCommunity, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Your breach of these Terms
Your misuse of the Platform
Your violation of any laws or third-party rights


14. Suspension and Termination

14.1 We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if:
You breach these Terms
Required by law or regulatory authorities
Necessary to protect the Platform or other users

14.2 Upon termination:
Your access will cease immediately
Any outstanding obligations shall remain enforceable


15. Security and System Risks

15.1 While we implement reasonable security measures, you acknowledge that:
Internet transmissions may not be fully secure
The Platform may be subject to cyber risks

15.2 You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards on your own devices.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

16.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

16.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

17. General Provisions

17.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

17.2 Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of rights.

17.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and eCommunity regarding the Platform.
